This is the Privacy Policy of Tribe Gaming for brawlify.com. It explains what this site collects, why, and who else receives it.

01 / COLLECTION

Information Collection

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website or app?

Brawlify stores public game data for the tags you search or save, standard server logs, and the settings you change on this site. Saved tags and browse history stay in your browser unless you sign in to sync them across devices. We do not collect names, addresses or anything the game does not already publish.

We collect it in three ways: you type or paste a player or club tag, your browser sends the usual technical details with every request (IP address, browser and device type, language, and the page you came from), and small identifiers stored in your browser remember your settings and your consent choices.

Signing in and Premium activation ask for an email address. It is used only to send one-time codes and to match your Premium subscription; it is never displayed publicly, and synced data is stored under a hashed identifier instead of your email.

We collect it to show the statistics you asked for, to keep the site working and secure, to measure how it is used, to run sign-in and Premium, and, where you allow it, to show advertising.

02 / USE

How data is used

Tracked battles power the statistics on this site, always aggregated by trophy range or region. Saved profiles exist so history can build over time. Nothing is sold to third parties.

Server logs and security signals are used only to keep the site running and to block abusive traffic. Nothing in them is used for advertising.

03 / COOKIES

Cookie Usage

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer through your Web browser that enables the site to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies through your browser settings.

If you turn cookies off, some of the features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.

Advertising & targeting cookies

Our advertising partners, named in the Advertising section below, and the companies they work with use cookies and similar identifiers (including device and IP information) to show ads, measure their performance, and limit how often you see the same ad. In the EU/EEA, the UK, and other regions with consent laws, personalized advertising runs only with your consent, collected through an IAB TCF v2.2 consent management platform that loads together with the advertising code. In California and other US states with privacy laws, the same controls and the opt-out links in the Advertising section let you opt out of personalized advertising.

Advertising cookies are set by the advertising companies and are subject to their privacy policies, linked in the Advertising section.

You can review or change your advertising consent at any time using the controls below.

04 / ADVERTISING

Advertising partners

This Site is affiliated with Publisher First, Inc. dba Freestar ("Freestar") for the purposes of placing advertising on the Site, and Freestar will collect and use specific data for advertising purposes. To learn more about Freestar's data usage, click here.

While the switch to Freestar is completed, Venatus Media still delivers part of the advertising on this site under the same consent rules. Venatus and its approved partners may receive cookie and device identifiers to deliver, cap, and measure ads.

These companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) to show you ads for goods and services that may interest you.

To opt out of personalized advertising from the companies that take part in these industry programs, use:

Opting out does not remove advertising; the ads you see are simply no longer tailored to your interests. Premium members see no advertising at all.

05 / ANALYTICS

Analytics

We measure traffic with our own first-party analytics: a random identifier stored in your browser lets us count visits and see which pages and features are used. It is not linked to your name or email address, and we do not sell it.

The same measurements are forwarded from our servers to Google Analytics 4 so we can view them in Google's reports. No Google script runs in your browser. What Google receives is the page, the event, the random identifier, and your IP address, which Google uses only to derive an approximate location. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Google Privacy Policy
06 / DISCLOSURE

Third-party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information unless we provide users with advance notice.

However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Advertising: Freestar and, during the transition, Venatus Media receive cookie and device identifiers to deliver, cap, and measure ads, governed by your consent choices under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework. The Advertising section above names them and links their privacy policies.

Premium payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout pages, under Stripe's privacy policy; card details never touch Brawlify. Stripe tells us the status of your subscription and a customer reference, which we store together with your email address to keep Premium active, to handle refunds, and to answer support requests.

Hosting and security: the site runs on Cloudflare, which handles every request, blocks abusive traffic, and keeps standard server logs for a short time. Public game data comes from the official Brawl Stars API, which receives the tags you look up.

Messages: sign-in codes are emailed from our own domain. If you turn notifications on, delivery runs through your browser's push service (operated by Apple, Google, or Mozilla) or Firebase Cloud Messaging in the app; they receive a delivery address for your device and the notification itself.

08 / RIGHTS

Your choices and rights

You can remove a saved profile at any time; its cached battles are deleted from this device immediately. If you have signed in, the account page also lets you delete your synced data from our servers. Notifications arrive only if you opt in and can be turned off again in your browser, and clearing this site's data removes everything stored locally, including the analytics identifier.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to how it is used, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your data protection authority. Personalized advertising runs on your consent; sign-in, sync, and Premium run on our agreement with you; keeping the site working and secure runs on our legitimate interest.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we collect, to have it deleted, to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context advertising, and not to be treated differently for using these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising partners may receive identifiers as described above; the ad consent controls and the opt-out links in the Advertising section are how you opt out of that sharing.

To use any of these rights, email us at the address in the Contacting Us section. We reply within one month.

09 / COPPA

COPPA – Children Online Privacy Protection Act

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children Online Privacy Protection Act puts parents in control. We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
